Although we all do dumb things on occasion, but if you are a Christian, God has already spoken words of wisdom to you—and you listened to those words-- because you didn't come to Christ on your own. That was the Spirit of God speaking wisdom in your heart; and you listened—and you were saved. Now, that should make it easy for you to believe that God is continuing to speak words of wisdom to you.I have preached many messages on Proverbs 31.
I have spoken on the Proverbs 31 woman. I have even spoken on the Proverbs 31 man. It takes a special man to be married to a Proverbs 31 woman; the kind of man who would deserve and appreciate such a treasure. Yet, since this passage is often preached on Mother’s Day, we often stop short of sharing its deeper meaning. You see, this Scripture is about so much more than the ideal wife.
