The modern trend in the church today is to hold multiple services for different segments of the congregation. Certainly, if the crowd is overflowing, and while you are awaiting the completion of a bigger facility, this may be the only alternative a local congregation has.
Also, if a majority of your members are shift workers who cannot attend at one specific hour, it is understandable that accommodations should be made to minister to the whole flock. Perhaps there are other valid reasons. However, to have two distinct services because you are compelled to have two distinct formats, one to minister to contemporary worshippers and another for traditional members, seems to be imprudent. It may even deviate from the Biblical plan of assembly. 🤔
